Golf Course Advisory Committee
Appointed By: City Manager
Length of term: Three 1-year terms and four 3-year terms.
Meetings: Four meetings per year are held at the Recreation Building, 2920 Douglas St.
Duties:
Performs studies and makes recommendations through the Parks and Recreation Director to the City Manager and Council regarding concerns of long-range acquisition, improvement and operation of Mint Valley Golf Course. (Per Resolution No. 1336)
What they accomplish:
Liaison between the golfing public and the department, including the golf maintenance staff, to provide feedback regarding department needs and operations.
