Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. The houses then are sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged. This results in lower mortgage payments for individuals and families who have lower incomes (below 50% of the median income for Cowlitz County).

Applicants are selected through an income screening and interview process. Please contact Habitat for an application.
