    Utility Information

Bills are due when rendered and past due 15 days after the date of the billing. If the account is still unpaid 40 days after the billing date it will be processed for shut-off. Your door will be tagged and a $25 tag charge will be applied to your bill. Payment must be received in City Hall prior to the date and time indicated on the tag.

If service has to be turned off, an additional $50 is assessed and all unpaid and delinquent charges have to be paid before water service can be restored. For service which has been disconnected, payment must be received at Longview City Hall by 3:00 p.m. to restore service that day. Please call our Collection Department with any inquires.

The City of Longview Water Department understands that customers have different water needs, but all customers are encouraged to practice water conservation by repairing leaks promptly and using water wisely.

    Utility Payment Alternatives

The City of Longview is pleased to offer customers several convenient alternatives for paying their utility bills. Customers may pay utility bills automatically via ACH (automated clearing house) which is an automatic withdrawal from your bank account.

The City is also excited to offer its new online bill payment option, a free service that allows customers to look up and pay their City of Longview utility bill via the Internet with a credit card. For online payments please log on to https://egov.mylongview.com/ to register.

For those that prefer to mail their payments and pay by check, the City will continue to provide the blue utility remittance envelopes.
