HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUND

3.28.010 Created.

There is created for the city a special fund to be designated as “housing and urban development fund,” into which all funds received from the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development shall be deposited. (Ord. 1528 § 1, 1971).

3.28.020 Expenditures.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund only as authorized by the rules, regulations and requirements of the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. (Ord. 1528 § 1, 1971).
