ANTIRECESSION FISCAL
ASSISTANCE FUND

3.52.010 Created.

There is created for the city a special fund to be designated as “antirecession fiscal assistance fund,” pursuant to Title II of the Federal Public Works Employment Act of 1976, Public Law No. 94-369, into which all funds received pursuant to said act shall be deposited. (Ord. 1809 § 1, 1976).

3.52.020 Expenditures.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund for only those expenditures authorized by said act. (Ord. 1809 § 1, 1976).

3.52.030 Signatures authorized for withdrawals.

All checks or warrants drawn against said fund for expenditures therefrom shall be signed by the finance director of the city or his authorized deputy. (Ord. 1809 § 1, 1976).
