EXEMPTIONS FROM PAYMENT OF PERMIT FEES

Except for activities requiring permits that are conducted by the sewer department, the water department, the Mint Valley Racquet Complex, the Mint Valley Golf Course, the sanitation department, the water filter plant or the public transit system, the city shall be exempt from the payment of any fees under any of the provisions of LMC Title 16.
