The city adopts by reference the shorelines management master program for Cowlitz County, Washington, and incorporates the same in this chapter as though set forth in detail in this chapter. Not less than three copies thereof have been and are now on file in the office of the clerk of the city. (Ord. 2786 § 1, 2000).

17.60.020 Fee schedule.

With each application, a fee of $300.00 shall be paid to the planning and building department to defray the city’s costs and expenses in processing such application, including the publication and mailing of the notices hereinafter required. (Ord. 2786 § 1, 2000).
