STORMWATER RUNOFF AND EROSION CONTROLS

This chapter derives from Ord. 2726, as amended by Ords. 2729, 2786 and 2860.

Section 2 of Ord. 2726 provides as follows: “Because of the length of this Ordinance, and the cost of printing and publication, it shall not be placed into the Longview Municipal Code; instead, a page or pages shall be inserted into the Longview Municipal Code at the location of Chapter 17.80, showing only the section numbers and titles (table of contents of chapter). Copies of this ordinance shall be maintained in the offices of the City Clerk, the Department of Public Works, the City Engineer, and the Department of Planning and Building for use and examination by the public. On request, copies hereof shall be made available to any person desiring the same at a cost equal to the expense of copying and placing such copies into a loose leaf binder.”
