When paying in person, please bring your most recent billing statement or notice with you. Always show your utility account number on your check. If paying more than one utility account with one check, indicate each account number and amount paid. Make checks payable to Longview City Utilities.

If making payment to avoid water shut off, payments should be made in person at City Hall.

Also for your convenience, the City of Longview offers automatic utility bill payment (ACH-Automatic Clearing House Debit) for its utility customers. An application form may be obtained at Longview City Hall or by downloading the application and information about automatic utility bill payment in PDF format. Additional information may be obtained by calling Longview City Hall or by e-mail.

Keeping your information safe and secure: Our customers’ security is critical to the City of Longview. For all online transactions, your information is secured. When you use the Pay Your Utility Bill online service and click Utilities, you will get a prompt advising you’re about to enter a secure location. When you click yes, you will also see the “lock” icon at the top of the page signifying a secured site. All payments transactions are encrypted at each step under industry standard methods. City of Longview data is secured using industry standard methods to protect from any unauthorized access. The City of Longview does not retain credit card or checking account numbers for any payment made.
