Activities test test
Tumbling, Beginning Come increase your coordination, strength, flexibility and balance while learning basic tumbling skills. Participants will learn basics of various rolls, balancing, and flexibility.
Age: 3 - 5 Ballet This is a creative movement class for preschoolers that emphasizes the basics of dance and self-discipline, exposing children to a wide variety of music. Wear comfortable clothes, no jeans please.
Age: 3 - 5 Music Development, Quarter Notes A fun, relaxing bonding time for you and your child! Stimulate their sensory motor abilities through singing, rocking, holding, moving and playing. Quality music exposes your child to major and minor tonalities, as well as rhythmic and tonal patterns, which form a ‘musical vocabulary’ for future musical development.
Age: Infant - 3 years Dotted Half Notes Introduce your children to the wonderful world of music. Children will learn and experience musical patterns and concepts building a foundation for future musical endeavors.
Age: 3 - 5 Pee Wee Bumper Bowling No more gutter balls! Introduce your children to the enjoyable sport of bowling as they knock down pins every time. Improve balance, coordination, and have lots of fun with plenty of time for bowling each week.
Age: 3 - 7 Preschool Picassos Brighten up your child’s day with some colorful art projects. Students will have the opportunity to paint, and make a variety of craft projects. Adult participation required. Please dress for the mess.
Age: 3- 5 Start Smart Preschool Sports Camps This program prepares children for organized sports in a positive environment. Start Smart is a national youth sports program that teaches beginning skill instruction, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun! Activities will focus on the weekly sports and activities listed below.
Age: 4 - 6 Preschool Playgroups Busy Bees Preschool Learn fun songs, have story time, make crafts and use small and large muscles with games, exercise and playground time. Begin and end each day with circle time as we enjoy our summer together through fun themed weeks. Age: 3 - 5 Creepy, Crawly Critters Learn about the insects all around us, then make creepy snakes, crawly spiders and other great critters.
Planes, Trains, Trucks & More Explore different ways to get from here to there. Fun with paper airplanes, and a visit from a policeman.
Bears, Bears, Bears Explore the great world of bears learning about a different bear every day. End the week with a fun Teddy Bear Day.
Apples to Zebras Start with apples and add other fun alphabet items each day. Explore the letters in our names and end the week with a Zebra day.
Nature Discovery Learn about fish, flowers and sand castles as we discover nature around us.
Celebrate Me! Encourage your child’s health, happiness and self confi dence by celebrating them and their unique personality.
Terrific Tuesday Family Playgroup Let’s discover the world around us while enjoying arts, crafts, fitness, and culture. Develop social skills through guided play with close family interaction. We encourage all participants to learn and play at their own pace.
Age: 15 months - 5 years Toddler Time Toddlers will develop social skills while a parent/guardian is close by to join in on the activities. Children will enjoy arts & crafts, fitness, and cultural activities. We encourage all participants to learn and play at their own pace.
Age: 22 months to 3 years Fun Fitness Friday Playgroup Come explore the wonderful world of health & fitness through group activities, arts, & crafts. Participants will develop social skills through guided play with close family interaction. Participants will learn listening and verbal skills through music, stories, & other activities. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
