    Students learn emergency response skills, rescue breathing, and ways to prevent and care for choking, wounds, nosebleeds, falls and animal bites. Student also learn leadership skills and safe and responsible home alone skills. The Red Cross certifi ed instructors make the camp a fun and educational experience. Bring a sack lunch.     Future Little Doctor

    Jr. Chef Academy

    Participate in a fun-filled and creative cooking class which features snacks, & easy meals, just in time for the holidays. Nutritious snacks are created and sampled by the class. Participants bring home recipes and entertaining ideas to try at home.

    Kids’ Garage Sale

    Reservations are now being taken for booth space for our Kids’ Garage Sale. Children will learn the pros and cons of entrepreneurship by renting a booth space to sell their gently used children’s items such as clothes, books, toys, CD’s and DVD’s. The sale is open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the McClelland Art Center.

    Manners Matter, Beginning

    This is a lighthearted and interactive class that will reinforce and teach common courtesy. Topics include proper introductions, polite conversation, table manners, restaurant rules, setting the table, telephone skills, thank you notes, and host & guest skills.     Safe on My Own

    Join us for Supervised Play, Education and Recreation during out-of-school hours when school is in session. The SUPER Stars adventures include arts and crafts, games, sports, guest speakers and special events. The school district provides a federally subsidized snack. A 2008-2009 registration form must be completed for every participant. Payments must be made at the Recreation Office to receive a receipt for tax purposes.
