 The mission of the Traffic Division is to operate and maintain the City's traffic system in a manner that is sensitive to community concerns, minimizes accidents, and provides for the efficient movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The division plans, promotes, and implements improvements to City streets; installs, maintains, and operates traffic control devices and street lighting; and, reviews private development to ensure it promotes traffic safety and efficiency. |
